Pinebridge sells part of Romania's Akta to Look TV - report

American-Asian investment fund Pinebridge sold some of its shares in Romanian cable operator Akta along with other minority shareholders in the company to Clever Media, a company part of the Look TV group of firms controlled by local businessman Adrian Tomsa, writes local paper Ziarul Financiar citing sources in the market. Before the transaction, the fund and other local firms together held a 65 percent stake in Akta.
