Pinterest prices IPO above range, to raise USD 1.43 billion

Pinterest has priced its initial public offering of shares at USD 19 per share, above the earlier indicated range of USD 15-17. This means the company will raise a total of USD 1.43 billion in the IPO and have a valuation of around USD 10 billion.
