Pixcom ties up with Avaya to deliver cloud-based communications to SMEs

Avaya has announced that it is working with digital technology provider Pixcom Technologies to provide cloud-based unified communications and contact centre services to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the UAE. Under the "Powered by Avaya" cloud offering, Pixcom will market and sell Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) and Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) products to SMEs, under a fixed pay-per-month agreement.
