Plarium agrees to buy Finland's Futureplay

Israeli provider of mobile and PC games Plarium has announced an agreement to acquire Finnish game Futureplay, the creator of mobile games "Merge Gardens", "Battlelands Royale" and "Idle Farming Empire". The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of August, subject to closing conditions.
