Play IPO may serve as valuation for Liberty Global - report

The owners of Polish operator P4, trading under the brand Play, may have exaggerated expectations about the share price in the IPO, despite the fact that the high demand by foreign investors may push the price up. So said agency PAP, based on interviews with some managers. One of the analysts points out that the IPO may only serve to provide credibility to the company's valuation for the sake of an acquisition by Liberty Global.
