Playtech acquires Mobenga

Software services provider to the online, mobile and land-based gaming sector Playtech has signed an agreement to acquire the entire issued share capital of mobile sportsbook betting platform Mobenga. The consideration for the acquisition comprises an initial amount of approximately EUR 8 million subject to final working capital adjustments, and consideration based on a 6x multiple of the profit before tax of the business in 2013, capped at EUR 15.8 million.
