Poa! Internet says Kenyan consumers prefer no-frills ISPs

Kenyan internet users prefer services from providers that offer no-frills internet than paying extra for big marketing, entertainment and headquarter budgets, according to Poa! Internet. It cited a month-long poll in August, prior to the new round of subscription price rises from the country's leading providers. More than four out of five respondents said they did not want to cover the cost of lavish HQs, executive entertainment or marketing in their own internet subscription.
