Pokemon Go to review T&Cs after German privacy challenge

Tuesday 25 October 2016 | 12:44 CET | News
Pokemon Go developer Niantic has agreed to review the app's usage and privacy clauses after a challenge was brought by the Federation of German Consumer Organizations (VZBV). Niantic has now made an undertaking to review these clauses by the end of 2016. In the mean time, the company has agreed not to enforce these clauses against German users.
