Poland outlines plans to release 3.6-3.8 GHz band

Polish regulator UKE has published a framework plan for releasing the 3.6-3.8 GHz band for mobile services. The UKE said this follows numerous inquiries from service providers of the plans and timeframe for awarding the spectrum rights.
