Polarnet Project, Cinia negotiate on trans-Arctic project

Management of the Russian company Polarnet Project plans to complete negotiations on the cooperation in the project on a trans-Arctic line with the Finnish company Cinia Group. Cinia Group, which is the owner and operator for the Baltics cable system Sea Lion, plans to invest in the project under the 'Russian Fibre Optical Trans-Arctic Cable System' (RFOTACS) title.
