Polish audit office finds delays in EU-co-funded projects

Poland is continuing to build broadband infrastructure with finance from the European Regional Development Fund. One year before completion of the project is due, some 20 percent of the planned network is ready, reports Media2.pl. Some 38 percent of the EU co-financing for the project had been spent, noted the Supreme Control Office, NIK. Co-financing for broadband infrastructure from the European Regional Development Fund reached PLN 4 billion.
