Polish govt adopts Telecommunications Act amendment

The Polish government has adopted an amendment to the Telecommunications Act. New provisions have been adopted for the management of frequencies, radio equipment and frequency fees. The new regulations also adapt the Polish law to the regulation of the European Union.
