Polish ministry plans to improve broadband development Single Information Point

The Polish Ministry of Digitisation has prepared a draft regulation on operational details of the Single Information Point (SIP), introduced by the EU's broadband cost reduction directive and administered by the regulator UKE. The idea of the SIP is to have a unified place for all information regarding planned and ongoing construction works for the development of broadband infrastructure. Although SIP was introduced by the amendment of 2016 to the so-called Mega Act (Act on support of development of broadband networks and services), and formally launched on 01 January 2017, its operability
