Polish MPs address minister about MegaAct provision

Three Polish Members of Parliament have appealed to the Minister of Digitisation concerning the application of Article 30 of the Act on Support for Development of Telecommunications Networks and Services, or so-called MegaAct, reports Telko.in. The MPs claim the provision favours the interests of investors in networks over property owners, and big operators over small and medium-sized ones.
