Tuesday 11 April 2017 | 10:39 CET | News
The Polish association E-South and the IP exchange node Epix have organised small operators to participate in the joint project of the National Education Network (OSE), reports Telko.in. The association has addressed the Ministry of Digitisation with a request to sign a framework agreement similar to those the ministry has signed with big operators Orange Poland, Netia or Inea. It is not clear yet whether the association will be a party to the agreement, or will only coordinate cooperation between the ministry and ISPs.
