Polish research institute NASK has published the results of a survey among teenagers on internet usage. Smartphones have become essential for teenagers; many of them use messengers and social media as the main communication tool, replacing telephone contact. It found that 30 percent of respondents are permanently online. The survey also revealed an alarming rate of teenagers not reporting abuse that they experience on the internet to anybody, so NASK plans numerous educational activities in this area for 2017.
