Portugal starts DTT migration

Tuesday 26 November 2019 | 09:07 CET | News
The migration of the DTT network in Portugal will start on 27 November, forcing viewers to re-tune their receivers in order to continue receiving free-to-air TV channels. In order to help viewers, the National Communications Authority (Anacom) conducted a road show and launched a video awareness campaign. The process will start at the Odivelas Centro transmitter, affecting around 135,000 homes and businesses, and will then continue at national level from February 2020.
