Portugal telecom complaints nearly double year-on-year in July

Complaints about telecommunication and postal services in Portugal increased 94 percent in July compared to the same period last year, rising from 2,700 to 5,300 complaints, according to the National Communications Authority (Anacom). All the main operators saw their complaints increase significantly, with Meo leading, representing 36 percent of complaints in the sector. The matters most complained about were the management of contracts by users, the cancellation of services and service disrutpions.
