Portuguese operators question Anacom's proposals for legal changes on customer loyalty

Portuguese telecom operators have criticised the changes suggested by regulator Anacom to the Electronic Communications Law, namely on issues related to customer loyalty, reports TeK. In a statement, the Association of Telecom Operators (Apritel) accuses the regulator of calling into question investments in 5G and "a 100 percent digital Portugal" by the proposals to amend the Electronic Communications Law.
