Portuguese regulator gets 17.3% less complaints in 2015

Portugal's National Communications Authority (Anacom) received 54,710 complaints about electronic communications services in 2015, or 17.3 percent less than in the previous year. The reduction was across all services and is likely due to several factors, including the stabilization of offers from service providers and a better level of information for users.
