Wednesday 29 July 2020 | 16:06 CET | News

Speaking to Radio Renascenca, Joao Cadete do Matos said that the problem is particularly evident in the interior of the country, in areas with less population density, where telecom operators have a lower return on their investment. For this reason, the president of the regulator is advocating the need for national roaming requirements in new spectrum licences.
