Portuguese telecom complaints decline by 13% in H1

In the first half of 2019, users of electronic communications services in Portugal filed 32,000 complaints, down 13 percent compared with the previous year, according to the National Communications Authority (Anacom). Meo was the target of 37 percent of complaints, followed by Nos (34%), Vodafone (25%) and Nowo/Oni (4%). Meo was the only provider with a drop in complaints (-32%) year on year.
