Portuguese telecom regulator starts consultation on 3-year plan

Portugal's National Communications Authority (Anacom) plans to ensure "full respect for its autonomy" in the relationship with telecommunications operators, the regulator announced in its draft three-year plan for 2012-21. It also plans to review prices for access to ducts and poles as well as DTT during the period. The plan is open to public consultation until 17 December.
