Post Office, TalkTalk get most fixed-line phone complaints

The latest Ofcom data shows that the Post Office and TalkTalk were the most complained about fixed-line phone providers in the UK in Q1 2019 with 29 and 28 complaints per 100,000 customers respectively. This compares to an industry average of 15 complaints. Virgin Media and Sky received the fewest complaints - both registering 6 complaints per 100,000 customers.
