Potraz submits infrastructure sharing proposal

The Postal and Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (Potraz) has submitted a draft proposal for infrastructure sharing to the minister of ICT, Supa Mandiwanzira, the Financial Gazette reported. In July, Mandiwanzira issued a 90-day ultimatum for telecoms operators to adopt an infrastructure sharing framework.
