Powertel upgrades network to ensure services during epidemic

Zimbabwean ISP Powertel Communications says it has taken measures to upgrade its communication system in order to provide uninterrupted services during the coronavirus pandemic. It has upgraded its network capacity and VPN connectivity to meet daily demands. Most of its customers will be working remotely and it has set up a model that is managed through a 24-hour contact centre.
