Prisa announces EUR 64 mln rights issue

Spanish media group Prisa has announced a rights issue worth EUR 64 million, to be subscribed in full by International Media Group. In a statement to Spain's market regulator CNMV the company said the new issue replaces a EUR 75 million placement to the same company announced on 27 February. As part of the same transaction, International Media Group will acquire 6.4 million shares and will be allocated two places on the Prisa board.
