Probe finds City of Johannesburg overpaid DiData for ICT upgrades from 2010-17

The City of Johannesburg (COJ) overpaid IT service provider Dimension Data (DiData) close to ZAR 1 billion in what has been termed wasteful expenditure, The Sunday Independent reported, citing a forensic investigation of IT contracts the administration had entered between 2011 and 2017.
