Project Isizwe plans to extend free Wi-Fi beyond Tchwane

Non-profit organisation Project Isizwe says it continues to provide internet connectivity to impoverished communities through free Wi-Fi hotspots, MyBroadband reported. It has already rolled out free internet zones (FIZ) in the Soshanguve, Mamelodi and Atteridgeville areas of the City of Tchwane, to the benefit of students, professionals, unemployed people and visitors. Tshwane WiFi TV has seen over 600,000 views since its launch in November 2014. The team aims to enter the rest of Africa in the near future, providing free Wi-Fi to other countries on the continent.
