ProSiebenSat.1 acquires 14% stake in Friday via investment arm SevenVentures

The company invested a double digit million amount in Friday, it said without giving the exact number. The financing round was in the three digit million sum, the company added. The majority owner of Friday, Baloise Group, has invested an additional EUR 75 million, while another stake holder is German Media Pool.
