ProSiebenSat.1 CEO rules out European TV merger

The CEO of German broadcaster ProSiebenSat.1, Rainer Beaujean, dismissed the possibility of a pan-European TV merger, Reuters reports. Speaking at the company's virtual AGM, Beaujean said that a European merger would bring "few synergies".
