Prysmian declares offer for Draka unconditional

Italian cable manufacturer Prysmian has declared its offer for Dutch cable producer Draka unconditional and said the settlement of the offer will take place on 22 February. The manufacturer now directly holds 90.4 percent of Draka shares. The remaining shares can be tendered in a post acceptance period ending 22 February. Certain regulatory conditions still have to be fulfilled, but Prysmian has decided to waive these conditions, in accordance with applicable law and regulations. Including the shares to be acquired from ASR Levensverzekering and Kempen Bewaarder Beleggingsfonds 'Ducatus'. on
