PSA reveals new Code of Practice for phone-paid services

The Phone-paid Services Authority (PSA) has published a new Code of Practice, Code 15, that will go into effect on 5 April. The code is for providers of phone-paid services. It amends the wording to some standards to add clarity and removes the requirement for an annual re-opt in for subscriptions, replacing it with an annual subscription reminder. It also re-introduces the Skip function for recurring donations.
