The representatives of PT/Meo workers have requested an urgent meeting with the new CEO of the telecommunications company, Alexandre Fonseca, reports Lusa. According to a statement, the seven unions and the works council say they are "very concerned about the situation in the Altice Group and PT Portugal, particularly following the latest changes in the top structure". The representative structures of the workers "consider it timely and very important that the new CEO pronounces himself on the document delivered to the previous CEO on 6 September". They have also called for an "urgent meeting" with the new CEO of Altice, Dexter Goei, due to the "very worrying context" of the company in Portugal.
