PTS announces EU roaming price caps valid from 30 April

Swedish postal and telecoms regulator PTS said that roaming prices within the European Union will be coming down from 30 April. It said outgoing calls will cost same as is normally charged within Sweden, plus a maximum surcharge of SEK 0.58, giving a price ceiling of SEK 2.21 per minute. Incoming calls will cost SEK 0.13 at most.
