PTS begins consulation with EU Commission on proposals for markets 3a and 3b

Swedish communications regulator PTS said it has begun a consultation with the EU Commission regarding its proposals for regulating competition on the markets for local and central acess to broadband network infrastrcture, called market 3a and market 3b respectively. The commission has until 09 December to respond.
