PTS confirms wholesale regulation of DTT operator Teracom

Wednesday 11 September 2019 | 11:06 CET | News

Swedish regulator PTS has confirmed new regulatory obligations for the DTT distributor Teracom. Under the decision, Teracom must continue to provide access to a wholesale product for distribution of free-to-air TV and analogue radio via terrestrial networks. The company must apply cost-oriented pricing for the wholesale products and submit annual cost reports to the regulator to verify compliance.

PTS consulted on the proposals earlier this spring and they have become final following clearance from the European Commission.
