PTS issues proposals for use of 2.3 GHz band

Wednesday 14 December 2016 | 12:47 CET | News
Swedish postal and telecoms regulator PTS said it has drawn up a preliminary report on future applications of the 2.3 GHz band and is inviting comments by 31 January 2017. It proposes that the 2,300 to 2,400 MHz band in Sweden should be set aside for mobile broadband. This is in line with the international trend, and takes into account the well-developed ecosystem.
