PTS needs time for infrastructure access, bitstream rules

Swedish postal and telecoms regulator said it will continue its dialogue with operators on the network infrastructure access market and the market for bitstream access. It will be unable to notify the European Commission of its draft analysis on these markets before summer. During its consultation running from 07 February to 07 March, participants voiced differing views on the matter.
