PTS publishes written and video guides for local councils concerning broadband market

Swedish communications regulator PTS said it has published a guide and a video for municipal councils concerning the broadband market, based on a report it produced last year for the government. PTS said local administrations have various roles that affect broadband expension, for instance, as landowners or permit issues. Many own the local network, too, and compete with private providers.
