PTS runs survey to establish guaranteed 10 Mbps broadband provision

Swedish communications regulator PTS said it will carry out a survey of telecoms operators' services supplying broadband at a minimum of 10 Mbps, the new guaranteed speed that came ino force on 01 March. The watchdog said it is responsibly for negotiating services for individuals and business that cannot get broadband through the commercial market.
