PTS says 800 MHz expansion hitting TV reception less

Tuesday 16 June 2015 | 12:31 CET | News
Development of the 800 MHz spectrum has had little effect on terrestrial television, according to Sweden postal and telecoms regulator PTS. In a report on the matter, it said there were fewer complaints about interference in 2014, as filters appear to have resolved most of the problems that had arisen. There were 292 complaints in 2014 from people resident in areas where 4G mobile communications were being expanded, down from 427 in 2013.
