PTS says misleading marketing by phone tops Q4 complaints

Swedish postal and telecoms regulator PTS said that misleading telephone marketing was the top subject of customer complaints that it received in the fourth quarter of 2015. PTS is now thinking of calling for tougher regulations on the matter.
