PTS says most complaints in Q2 concerned telesales

Swedish postal and telecommunications regulator PTS said the majority of the complaints it received in the second quarter of 2015 concerned marketing. Most of these were to do with vexatious telephone sales, where people found they had been signed up as communication service customers without their consent, or without them realising what they were agreeing to.
