PTS says most Q3 complaints concern number porting

Swedish postal and telecoms regulator PTS said that in the third quarter, the greatest number of complaints that it received concerned problems with telephone numbers, and in particular with porting. It said coverage difficulties were high on the list of grumbles, as were dropped landline calls and temporary fixed line internet disconnections. Others complaints concerned unsolicited calls. The watchdog also received complaints about Telia's copper network wind-down.
