PTS says privacy breach reports rise 25% in 2018

Reports of privacy breaches rose by 25 percent to 90 in 2018, according to Swedish communications regulator PTS. Linus Kilander, lawyer at the watchdog, said it believes that under-reporting may be falling as operators improve their ability to spot breaches.
