PTS tells Telenor, 3 Sweden to issue bills specifying VAT

Swedish postal and telecoms regulator PTS said it has ordered Telenor and Tre (3 Sweden) to provide their customers with itemised bills at no extra cost, including a break-down of VAT. The two operators have until 31 October to comply with the regulation. The order follows customer complaints.
