PTS warns Telia over wholesale broadband switch delays

Swedish postal and telecoms regulator said it has reason to suspect that Telia Company is not adhering to its wholesale obligation to enable customers switch provider within a reasonable time, and is sending the operator a warning. Telia has until 02 May to respond. Dan Sjoblom, director-general at PTS, said end-users should not have to wait longer than one month to move their line.
