PZU pension fund sells shares in Asseco Poland to Cyfrowy Polsat

Some shareholders in Polish IT company Asseco Poland sold some of their shares to Cyfrowy Polsat at the end of 2019, reports Rp.pl. For example, pension fund OFE PZU Zlota Jesien sold its 5.56 percent stake for almost PLN 300 million. As a result, Cyfrowy Polsat acquired a stake of almost 22 percent, via its subsidiary Reddev.
