QazCloud launches own data centre

The Kyrgyzstan draft tax code has eliminated taxes on roaming services, reports Tazabek citing Kubanychbek Ysabekov, the head of the directorate at the Ministry of Economy and Finance. The elimination will reduce state tax revenues by KGS 200 million to KGS 400 million per year, according to Ysabekov. To compensate, the ministry had proposed to raise the tax on mobile operator sales revenues by 5-6 percent.
